What should I pay attention to when operating the Ozone Aging Test Chamber?
1. The power supply should be equipped with overload fuse device in the power supply line to ensure that the equipment has a good grounding device, which not only ensures the safety of operators, but also ensures the service life of the equipment;
2. After numbering the test objects one by one, place the test objects on the test object turntable, and do not make them contact or collide with each other, so as to ensure that the ozone is tested on each sample at a uniform concentration during the test;
3. After the completion of the above two points, close the chamber door, close all switches of the control system, plug in the power plug and turn on the power switch turntable to turn automatically; At the same time, the power indicator of the control system is on. If it is necessary to raise the temperature, you must turn on the switch (i.e. high temperature switch and low temperature switch), and then adjust the full-automatic control system;
4. The operation site of the equipment shall be well ventilated and level;
5. A knife switch with iron shell shall be installed in the power supply line for the special purpose of this box. What are the requirements of the ozone aging test chamber for the test frame?
The equipment is composed of shell, electronic components and ozone generator; Fix both ends of the sample with clamps under the required elongation. When contacting with ozonated air, the length direction of the sample should be basically parallel to the direction of air flow; The fixture must be made of materials that are not easily decomposed by ozone, such as aluminum;
The rotation speed of the sample is between (20 ^ – 25) mm/s. In the plane of a vertical dry air flow, each sample moves continuously along the same path; The time for one rotation of the same sample is (8 ^ – 12) min. The scanning area of the sample is at least 40% of the effective area of the test chamber; The sample preparation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9865.1; It is better to cut the sample from the test piece pressed by the new mold. If necessary, it can be cut from the finished product; At least 3 samples shall be used for each test condition; The width of the standard sample of the strip is not less than 10mm, the thickness is 2. Omm ± 0.2mm, and the length of the sample between the two ends of the clamp before stretching is not less than 40mm;
The requirements of the test frame are so high. What are the requirements of ozone aging test chamber for test samples?
1. The ozone aging test chamber shall be sampled according to HG/T3050.1. The sample shall be cut at least 50mm from the edge of the coated fabric. The sample shall represent the whole batch of goods paid as much as possible. The sample can be calculated based on the volume size and the number of turntables. The aging chamber is mainly divided into turntables and pallets;
2. The ozone aging test chamber is divided into static and dynamic sample racks. The dynamic ozone aging test chamber is used to conduct the test while stretching through the transmission device during the test, while the static one is to stretch the tested sample and directly fix it up and down for the aging test. The above two factors should be taken into account before selecting the test;
3. Number of samples in the ozone aging test chamber: take three samples from each direction of each coated surface of the fabric. The rotary table of the standard ozone aging test chamber is six, and the large one is twelve, which can also be customized according to the requirements of the user. If the product is relatively large, the diaphragm type can be used, and the test piece can be directly placed on it for aging test;
4. The ozone aging test chamber shall have a device to regulate the average velocity of ozonated air to be no less than 8 mm/s, preferably between 12 mm/s and 16 mm/s. The velocity of ozonated air can be calculated by dividing the gas flow velocity measured in the chamber by the effective cross-sectional area perpendicular to the air flow in the chamber; During the comparison test, the change of flow rate shall not exceed ± 10%. The gas flow rate is the volume of ozonated air passing through in unit time. In order to prevent the ozone concentration in the tank from being naturally reduced by dry ozone being consumed by the sample, the gas flow rate should be large enough;

Test process:
