The LS70/80 series impedance analyzers are mainly used for impedance analysis and testing of devices such as ferroelectric crystals, piezoelectric ceramics, piezoelectric crystals, and ultrasonic transducers. They can provide cost-effective solutions for frequency scanning and impedance measurement analysis of piezoelectric devices and equipment, helping users quickly and accurately test various parameter characteristics of piezoelectric devices.
The LS90 series impedance analyzers have a wide range of application scenarios. They can be used for impedance performance research and analysis of devices such as inductors, capacitors, resistors, microphones, resonators, liquid crystal displays, varactor diodes, and transformers, as well as production line QC inspections. This series of products adopts automatic balance bridge technology, combined with four-terminal pair Kelvin test terminals, effectively ensuring the accuracy and stability of testing.
This series of products not only has computer scanning and analysis functions, but also supports the direct display of impedance-frequency scanning curve analysis results of piezoelectric devices on the instrument. This design eliminates the need for customers to configure a separate computer for each instrument, which not only ensures testing efficiency, but also significantly reduces testing costs and facilitates flexible use by customers on the production line. At the same time, the products are built based on the vector testing principle. With good measurement accuracy, an ultra-wide frequency range and excellent stability, they can meet most measurement needs in the field of ultrasonic devices and materials.
