LISUN WS-1 Temperature Rise Tester – After-sales Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Temperature Rise Tester is designed and manufactured according to IEC60884-1, IEC884－1, GB2099.1-2008 and other relevant standard of electrical accessories.

Applied to test electrical accessories heating conditions when connected to load current, whether the temperature rise of electrode is compliance with standard requirement or not. And it can effectively detect whether the plug bush is slants thin and whether plug and socket cooperated with all right.

This equipment consists of current adjustment control part and temperature sampling measurement part.

Q1: Abnormal temperature display
A1: Please make sure that the thermocouple is attached to an insulated position. If it needs to be attached to a live part, you need to use insulating tape to separate the thermocouple.

Q2: Is the large AC test current produced by the device dangerous?
A2: According to the standard, a large current is required for testing. The device is equipped with a voltage regulator, which outputs a small voltage and a large current. If you accidentally touch it, it will not cause serious consequences. However, you still need to pay attention to safe operation to avoid electric shock.
