The WDT-3 Static Flexibility Test Machine for flexible cables is used for static flexure testing in the mechanical strength testing of finished flexible cables. During the test, a sample of a specified length is fixed at the clamping end. After maintaining the initial clamping distance, one end is moved to bend the cable into a standard U-shape. The test is completed by measuring the final distance between the two clamping ends. This equipment is only suitable for flexible cables with specific structures and specifications. It is not suitable for cables with conductor nominal cross-sections or concentric layers exceeding the specified range, providing standardized testing conditions for verifying the mechanical performance compliance of flexible cables.
