With an approximate thickness of 2 mm, it features precise structural design and dimensional accuracy, ensuring that the tested components meet the contour requirements for domestic and similar purpose electrical applications.

Test Procedures:
• Prepare the cover or cover plate of the target 6A 250V or 16A 250V socket, ensuring its surface is clean, flat, and free of deformations or debris.
• Identify the corresponding inspection surfaces (Face A, Face B, Face C) of the gauge based on the contour characteristics of the tested component.
• Align the gauge’s inspection faces accurately with the contour of the cover or cover plate, ensuring full and close contact between the gauge and the component’s surface.
• Check for gaps, misalignment, or irregularities between the gauge and the component’s contour throughout the contact area.
• Verify compliance: If the gauge fits seamlessly with the cover/cover plate without significant gaps or misalignment, the contour meets the NF C 61-314 standard requirements.
