• With a dedicated start switch to initiate tests, and the afterburn duration is automatically timed, reducing manual operation errors;
• A micro switch is installed to automatically record the test completion time, improving the accuracy of test data collection;
• Adopts PLC with touchscreen control system, significantly enhancing the automation level of the test process and simplifying operation steps;
• Automatically calculates and stores the combustion rate of specimens, eliminating manual calculation errors and facilitating data traceability;
• Comes with a standard custom brush assembly (fully made of stainless steel), which applies a 150g pressure to the specimen to ensure stable specimen placement;
• The brushes are arranged in clusters of 20 bristles (bristle diameter 0.41mm), with 4 clusters per 25mm spacing and a bristle length of 19mm, meeting standard test requirements;
• Equipped with a custom stainless steel flame height gauge (16mm) for accurate calibration of flame height;
• An optional printer is available, supporting customizable test report printing to meet diverse data output needs.
