Q1: How to prevent the vibration table from moving or making too much noise when working?
A1: It is recommended to place the vibration generator on the ground floor.

Foot cups

Place all four feet of the vibration table into the foot cups, and then use screws to fix all the foot cups to the ground to prevent the vibration table from moving during operation.

Q2: How to fix the sample on the vibration table?
A2: There are screw holes on the LISUN vibration table. Customers can make any suitable fixture according to their own samples, reserve holes of the same size on the fixture, and then fix the fixture and sample on the vibration table with screws of corresponding sizes. During vibration testing, the vibration energy is large, so please make sure to fix the sample before starting the test.

How to fix the sample on the vibration table

Q3: Why are the actual amplitudes different when the vibration strength is set to the same?
A3: The same vibration strength, but the weight, center of gravity, installation position, etc. of the sample are different, so the amplitude obtained will also be different. Therefore, if you need to change to a different type of sample for testing, you need to re-adjust the vibration strength. Especially when doing program testing, please adjust it patiently according to the instructions in the user manual.

Q4: How to ensure the safety of the testing process?
A4: Severe vibration during vibration testing may cause samples to fall off or parts to splash. To ensure safety, the vibration generator needs to be put in a closed environment and personnel are prohibited from approaching during the process.
