This customer made an inquiry for our company’s LSG-1700B large-scale horizontal goniophotometer through the website several years ago. Later, when our company went to the local exhibition. After the customer learned about some technical issues with our engineers at the exhibition. After the exhibition, the customer quickly placed an order and paid it to our company. We arranged production as soon as we receive the customer’s order. We quickly confirmed the darkroom size with the customer, and our engineers designed the darkroom drawings for the customer according to the customer’s darkroom size.

While we were producing the equipment, customers were decorating dark rooms. Due to the epidemic, our engineers cannot go to the local area to do installation training for customers.
