Saudi Arabia-Free after-sales maintenance LPCE-2 (LMS-9000A) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere system and LSG-1800B Rotation luminaire goniophotometer for Customer

This trip to Saudi Arabia is mainly to visit some old customers who purchased our test instrument and do regularly maintenance work for them. This customer is a well-known LED factory in Saudi Arabia.

We met at the Guangzhou Lighting Exhibition in 2014. After our engineers went to their city to do the installation and training for our new customers, the customers also went to the site to learn how our engineer installation and training. Customers are very satisfied with our equipment and services. They soon placed a order for a set of LPCE-2 (LMS-9000A) High Precision spectroradiometer integrating sphere system and LSG-1800B Rotation luminaire goniophotometer.

Before we went to Saudi Arabia, we inform all of our Saudi customers. After receiving the notice, this customer has applied in advance to ask our engineers visit to their company to do regular maintenance work. Because this is the second time that LISUN engineer went to the customer’s factory, everything went smoothly. Our engineer carefully checked the equipment and answered some of the technical problems encountered by the customer. Customers are very satisfied with our equipment and service.
