Mexico_LISUN engineer do installation and training for the customer who purchase the LSG-1700B goniophotometer from LISUN

This trip to Mexico is mainly to do installation and training for new customers who purchase the test instrument from LISUN. This customer is one of our new customer of this journey. This customer is a relatively large manufacturer of lamps in Mexico.

The customer is consulting the LSG-1700B  Rotation Luminaire goniophotometer online. After learning that our engineers will go to their country for installation and training within three months, the customer is very interested in this news and wants to let our engineers also go for installation and training for them this time. After communicating with us about some technical issues and the size of the darkroom, the customer quickly confirmed the order and paid. We also give priority to arranging production for customers, and finally the customer received our equipment before our engineer arrived.

During the installation and training process, our engineers patiently trained customers and explain their questions to customers. Although it was the first time cooperate with them, the installation and training process was smooth and communication was unobstructed. Both the customer’s doubts have been solved and gained the customer’s satisfy smile of their face. After finished the installation and training, the customer also sent an email to appreciate our service and said that they will also purchase our LPCE-2 high precision spectroradiometer integrating sphere system and other equipment in the near future. We are also grateful to our customers for their recognition and support of our products and services. We will also try our best to serve our customers better in the future.
