As the first government testing institution in Indonesia, this laboratory is a large-scale, national-level authoritative testing center. The laboratory has always adhered to a rigorous approach in equipment selection, ensuring that every piece of equipment meets high standards for testing requirements. Ten years ago, this laboratory first learned about LISUN’s integrating sphere system through a third-party platform during the initial stage of establishing its photometric laboratory.

During the early discussions, the customer primarily focused on selecting basic photometric testing equipment. However, through in-depth communication with the LISUN team, we further understood their testing requirements, which covered more than ten parameters, including:
• Chromaticity coordinates, correlated color temperature, color ratio
• Peak wavelength, half bandwidth, dominant wavelength, color purity
• Color rendering index, luminous flux, luminous efficacy, radiant power
• WPE, EQE, EEI, and energy efficiency rating

Based on these comprehensive and professional requirements, the LISUN team recommended the LPCE-2 (LMS-9000) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System . After detailed discussions with LISUN engineers about the technical performance of the equipment, the customer quickly reached a purchase decision and ultimately selected this system.

After the equipment was delivered, the LISUN engineering team promptly visited the customer’s laboratory to complete the installation and training. Through professional guidance, the customer quickly mastered the operation and functionality of the equipment and highly praised its efficiency and the service attitude of LISUN’s engineers.

Since its deployment, the LPCE-2 (LMS-9000) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System has maintained excellent performance for ten years without any issues, providing reliable support for the customer’s testing work. Recently, during a visit to Indonesia, LISUN engineers revisited the laboratory to conduct comprehensive maintenance on the equipment, ensuring its continued high performance. During this maintenance visit, we also gained further insight into the customer’s future testing needs and provided professional advice.
