India-LISUN engineer install LPCE-3 (LMS-7000VIS) Compact spectroradiometer integrating sphere system and SG61000-5H-SP surge generator for customer

This customer is a relatively large local LED manufacturer of panel lights, street lights, indoor lights, etc. in India. And the company can provide professional design and production for special lighting range.

This customer has been learning about Lisun test equipment on the Alibaba website since 2014. This customer is preparing to build a laboratory while communicating with our engineers about related technical issues. After the construction of the customer’s laboratory, the customer quickly placed an order for the LPCE-3 (LMS-7000VIS) compact spectrometer integrating sphere system and the SG61000-5H-SP lightning surge generator and other equipment from LISUN.

After receiving our equipment, the customer immediately informs our engineer to go to their company to provide installation training. Before our engineers went to the customer company for installation and training, because the customer was very urgently need to install, our engineer guided the customer online in advance to install part of the equipment. After our engineer finished the installation and training from my another customer in india and quickly visit to their company for installation and training. Although it was the first time to cooperate, the installation and training work went smoothly this time. During the installation training, Lisun engineers answered all customers’ questions carefully. It also requires customers’ affirmation of our services. We also look forward to having more and better cooperation opportunities with customers in the future.
