A French multinational company has purchased LISUN’s LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) constant temperature integrating sphere system

Recently, a multinational company based in France has successfully established a long-term partnership with LISUN, This company also have a factory based in China and the integrating sphere spectroradiometer system installed in China factory. The company specializes in the manufacturing of lighting fixtures, sales of lamps, sales of optoelectronic devices and semiconductor lighting devices, as well as wholesale, retail, and manufacturing of electronic components.

The first collaboration between this company and LISUN occurred when domestic engineers came across LISUN official website and became acquainted with their products. They decided to choose an LMS-6000S Portable Spectroradiometer for their initial collaboration. Through this initial cooperation, both parties gradually established contact. At the same time, we learned that the company possessed a set of German-made integrating sphere systems, but due to their age and malfunction, they were unable to receive after-sales support. As a result, the company decided to reach out to LISUN in search of a solution.

However, due to the fact that the integrating sphere spectroradiometer system uses traditional manufacturing methods, which are completely different from LISUN’s new integrating sphere production method, LISUN is unable to provide assistance. However, considering that the company needs to conduct LM-82 constant temperature 25-degree testing, its existing old integrating sphere system cannot meet the testing requirements. After understanding the customer’s needs, LISUN recommended a set of LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) high precision spectroradiometer with a 1.5m constant temperature integrating sphere system to meet its testing requirements. Since the company had previously collaborated with LISUN and was satisfied with the product quality and after-sales service, they directly purchased LISUN’s constant temperature integrating sphere spectroradiometer system through the French headquarters.

After receiving the equipment, LISUN’s engineers will go to the customer’s factory free of charge to install the equipment and provide training. Although there were some problems during the process, LISUN’s engineer patiently resolved them and received high praise from the customer. The customer is very satisfied with LISUN’s service and is willing to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with LISUN. After the training, the customer took a group photos with LISUN’s engineers, and LISUN will continue to provide high-quality products and services to the customer, jointly promoting the development of the lighting industry.
