There are two operating instructions for the IPX56 Waterproof Test Chamber:

1. Trial operation, which means that a simple test has not been conducted yet. Firstly, confirm whether the water pipe and power supply are connected, and confirm that the flow meter is turned on; Confirm that the turntable is connected. In fact, set the conversion key to IPX5, take the corresponding spray gun, and press the automatic test button. Note that the nozzle should be facing the empty space to prevent accidental spraying. Adjust the flow meter and the speed of the turntable to meet the requirements. After the flow meter is stable, press the automatic stop button to start the formal test.

2. For formal testing, first of all, place the sample to be tested in the center of the turntable, which is about 2.5 meters from the chassis, to meet the standards. Select the IPX5 or IPX6 test level, (the spray gun needs to be firmly held) and open the valve of the spray gun. Next, press the automatic test button, align the nozzle with the surface of the sample housing, and spray. The total test time should not be less than 3 minutes. The forward and reverse rotation time of the turntable, and the power on and off time of the sample should be. After the test is stopped, take out the test sample, check the results and record them. If there is no subsequent time, turn off the equipment power switch.

Brief description of the operation steps for using the Ipx56 Waterproof Test Chamber:

1. Install the sample first: Open the chamber door and fix the sample at the center of the turntable (if the sample is tested with electricity, it is necessary to connect the wire in advance and insert it into the sample power socket).
2. Place the turntable approximately 2.5 meters from the chassis to meet the standards.
3. Selection level: Start the machine, enter the test interface, rotate the button, and select the IPX5 or IPX6 test level.
Then proceed to the “Test Parameters” interface to set the test time, power on/off time (if the sample needs to be electrified for testing), swing height (set according to the sample height), swing speed, etc.
4. Return to the “Test Interface” and click “Fixed Point Test” first; After that, click “Test Start” to start the water spraying test (pay attention to holding the spray gun tightly, as the impact force of IPX6 water spraying is relatively large).
5. Observe the flow meter: check whether the upper surface of the float corresponds to the standard flow scale; If it does not meet the requirements, please make a fine adjustment (Figure – IPX6 standard).
6. Pick up the corresponding level of test spray gun (hold it firmly) and open the valve of the spray gun. Observe whether the water flow of the fixed point spray is aligned with the required test position; If the requirements are not met, you need to click “Test Stop” first, enter the “Test Parameters” interface again, and reset the spray height.
7. When the test reaches the set time, the test will automatically stop and an alarm interface will appear after the test is completed. If the sample is subjected to a live test, it is necessary to first cut off the sample power supply after the test is completed (click “Sample Power Supply” in the “Test Interface”), then take out the sample and check the results.
8. If there is no need for subsequent testing, please click “Spray gun reset”; After waiting for 5 seconds, press the power button to turn off the computer.

Maintenance content of Ipx56 waterproof test equipment:

1. Please run the machine regularly to avoid damage caused by long-term idle; It is recommended to take half a month.
2. The equipment should be placed in a ventilated environment as much as possible to avoid the impact of humid climate on the chassis.
3. The bearing capacity of the standard turntable is ≤ 50kg. Do not overload it.
4. After completing the test, please turn off the power switch of the device.
5. When adjusting the flow, do not quickly or vigorously rotate the regulating valve; When adjusting to the end and discovering that the flow rate does not meet the standard, it should also be stopped in a timely manner.
6. Drain and clean the inside of the water tank at least once a week.
7. Timely find a local third-party institution for calibration based on the date of the calibration certificate; Once a year.
8. The water storage tank should be cleaned regularly and not used for a short period of time. The water in the tank should be drained in a timely manner.
9. Wipe the water stains in the inner box with a clean cloth.
10. When not in use within two weeks, manually check whether each component is operating properly.
