01. Product quality of color control
When the product is put into production, due to the changes of many factors in production, color deviation may occur in batch products
In order to control the color change of the product within a certain acceptable range, the production line must use a color change instrument to detect the color quality to monitor the color change of the product. Set the measured value of the standard sample as the standard, and then measure the sample to get the result of the sample:

It can be seen that the next time you modify the sample formula, you should add red (or minus green) and yellow (or minus blue). You can determine the degree of addition according to the test results. Repeat several times until the color difference is within the allowable range. An experienced color mixing master can determine the proportion of the formula between 2-3 times according to the value of the color difference meter.

Q: What should I pay attention to when using the colorimeter?
A: 1. This instrument is a precision measuring instrument. During the measurement, avoid the drastic changes in the external environment of the instrument. For example, avoid the flicker of the ambient light during the measurement.
2. This instrument is not waterproof and cannot be used in high humidity environment or water mist.
3. Keep the instrument clean, avoid water, dust and other liquid, powder or solid foreign matters entering the measuring caliber and inside the instrument, and avoid impact and collision on the instrument.
4. If the instrument is not used for a long time, remove the battery.
5. The power adapter other than the company’s special power adapter cannot be used, otherwise the instrument may be burned.
